Attention : This list of offenses that can give rise to a penalty is not exhaustive. In order to protect the integrity of our community and to ensure a safe and fun environment environment, we allow ourselves, at any time, to penalize any account and to take any disciplinary measure against any behavior which constitutes for us an offense in the code driving, or that we consider to be inappropriate or harmful to the community.

- Exploitation of a bug: discovery of an object exploitation and duplication of the object giving a unfair advantage.
- Modification of game files: Discover that by modifying the game parameters in a certain order, we can modify the gameplay experience.
- Account sharing: Share your account with other players to help you collect objects en masse.
- Known cheat program detected: Use of a known cheat program.
Disturbing behavior
A penalty for disruptive behavior means that the target person has engaged in disruptive behaviors contravening the code of conduct.
The offenses include, but without limiting themselves:
- Harass/threaten the players
- Example: continuously send messages to the same player against his will.
- Example: harass Linra Games employees (including developers and assistance agents) in the game and outside the game.
- Be discrimination against other groups
- Example: actively encourage others to make fun of a group or a class of people because of their race, their religion, the color of their skin, their gender/sexual identity, their origin ethnic, their handicap, their origins, etc.
- Reveal personal information
- Example: reveal personal information from another player without his consent.
- Harassment
- Example: participate or encourage others to be verbally negative towards another player.
- Toxic attitude
- Example: dispute the other players who have trouble in group content.
- Square
- Example: intentionally defraud another player to obtain an object or currency at stake by deceiving it.
- Antijeu / Trolling
- Example: die repeatedly during events to annoy the Allied players.

- Example: pretend to be a Linra Games employee to deceive players in the game.
Inappropriate language
- Vulgarity / offensive remarks
- Example: make sexually explicit remarks to another player or an official representative of the game.

- Example: actively discuss in the cat on the negative stereotypes of a group or a class of people because of their race, their religion, the color of their skin, their gender/sexual identity, of their ethnic origin, their disability, their origins, etc.
Violation of name policy
The Policy of Choice of Name of Linra Games prohibits offensive names. A penalty for offensive name means that the targeted person used a character or guild name in the game contravening this policy.
The offenses include, but without limiting themselves:

- Example: use offensive names that include abusive language, comments of hatred, and more.
