Please note that there is no valid reason to contravene the code of conduct . Penalty disputes trying to justify actions contravening the code of conduct will be rejected.

Excuses like these do not constitute reasons to cancel a penalty:

• The other players let me do it.
• I was only cultivating the land.
• I was doing tests and was about to do a report.
• It was my little brother.
• I invoke my freedom of expression.
• I didn't know it was prohibited.
• If they don't like it, they just have to activate the filter.
• I was only doing this to avoid waiting.

Include as much information as possible to help our team study your penalty dispute. Please include the following details in your request:

• Character name.
• What is the last thing you have done in play before receiving a penalty?
• The category of your penalty according to the message you received.
• After having re-examined assistance articles relating to Code of conduct and the categories of penalties, why do you think that the penalty was imposed by mistake?
